Instagram Live #InsideChat Series - Interactive Talks with the World's BEST Martial Arts Figures

I am completely thrilled to announce the start of my new weekly #InsideChat series on Instagram Live. Each week I will be speaking live on Instagram to some of the world's best Martial Arts athletes, coaches and inspirational figures. These chats are designed to give you the opportunity to get involved and ask questions you may have been dying to get the answer to. You can message any questions you may have direct to me prior to the talk taking place via any of my social media or you can comment them live during the talks themselves. I will be posting up weekly who is due on over the following fortnight on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
