Jkick is an amazing fighting system - very technical and explosive and fun to watch but very surprisingly there's not a lot of material to learn it in any systematic sort of way on the in English.

This fills the gap nicely and I am looking forward to more volumes. In the future

Brilliant instructional on the JKick style by Tai Terada. Great details, drills and insights to the japanese kickboxing system. A lot of content is here so plenty to work on over time and implement. Haven't seen anything like this product available in the western market so this is a must watch for avid kickboxers!

This training course has been helpful as a student and coach. I definitely feel I’ve made improvements incorporating these drills into my routine.

This is the third Barry’s course I purchase. Incredible communication skills, language, systems and concepts on all of them. I believe Barry’s approach is second to none. He is really advancing combat sports and making them evolve. Continuous gems and a very easy to follow programme no matter your level.
