Known as Mr. Perfect for his low kicks and explosive strikes, he holds a 99-21-1 record with 62 TKO or KO wins. Post-retirement, he coaches at his gym in Hoorn, Amsterdam, and conducts global seminars.
Ernesto Hoost is a legendary fighter from the Netherlands. A four-time K-1 World Champion, Hoost is considered to be one of the P4P greatest kickboxers ever! Debuting in 1993 at the K-1 World Grand Prix 1993, he has since fought a literal who’s who from the international kickboxing scene, including the likes of Peter Aerts, Andy Hug, Musashi, Mark Hunt and Ray Sefo.
Known as Mr Perfect, Ernesto was renowned for his low kicks and explosive striking style. Many of his fights ended as a result of his powerful strikes and he holds a record of 99.21.1, 62 wins of which came via TKO or KO.
Since retiring from competition, Ernesto has stayed active coaching out of his full time gym in Hoorn, north Amsterdam, as well as travelling extensively delivering seminars to packed out audiences all across the world.
