I am hugely excited to announce this new Warrior Collective Seminar date.  For anyone who has been following the Warrior Collective, the name Damien Trainor will no doubt not be a new one to you!  I am over the moon to have this phenomenal coach with me once again to host another outstanding Muay Thai seminar on Saturday 5th April 2025.

About Damien

Having trained since the tender age of 14, he started fighting as junior and successfully won a whole slew of titles as a youngster.   These include that of Midland Area, English and British.  Moving into the adult ranks at 16 years old, he quickly made a name for himself by becoming senior English Champion, British Champion and UK No1 by the age of 18.

Known for his very aggressive style, Damien was a renowned body puncher and high volume fighter.  He mixes highly effectively between his Muay Thai and Kickboxing influences.  He has fought all across Asia and Europe, accumulating titles at the very highest level (including that of European and World Champion).

During his career he fought some of the top Thai fighters, such as Wangchannoi Sor.Parangchai, Kaewklaa Kaewsamrit, Rungravee Sasiprapa, Yoksila Kiatpanshai, Rungchai Makate and Tawatchai Budsadee, as well as many well known UK & European fighters.

Now that he has retired from competing, Damien has moved onto becoming one of the most sought after striking coaches in the world.  Elite level fighters from across all combat sports (including the likes of Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA) actively seek him out in order to take advantage of his exceptional instruction, ability and experience.
