Riki WarrenBSc Dip.Osteo FRCms SMT is a UK based sports performance coach, rehabilitation expert and manual therapist.  The founder/head instructor of Calisthenics Pro is sought after across the world for his specialist knowledge in the areas of strength and conditioning, injury rehab and sports performance.

Aside from being a judge at multiple international level Calisthenics events in Europe, USA and India, he is also the lead instructor for certifying other coaches in calisthenics and other key areas of strength and conditioning within the UK.

His background in calisthenics, injury rehabilitation and sports performance combined with his love of martial arts have led him to create multiple strength and conditioning systems aimed specifically at those wanting to increase or develop their physical attributes for combat sports.

 

Riki Warren

 

Riki has been practising advanced bodyweight movement, yoga and mixed martial arts since 1992, more recently specialising in Calisthenics since 2012. He currently holds a Guinness World Record on olympic rings which was achieved in 2019. After being awarded a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of London in 2009, he went on to further qualify as a sports therapist and biomechanics/strength conditioning specialist.  

Through his movement school Calisthenics Pro, Riki has qualified 1000s of fitness professionals and therapists with accredited certifications, whilst he has coached world champions and athletes from across the world in MMA, Olympic weightlifting, Calisthenics and more.

Riki teaches a variety of modalities at elite level including biomechanics, mobility, injury recovery and strength conditioning, as well as working alongside medical professionals to rehabilitate structural injuries such as herniated discs and broken limbs.  

Having been recognised by the mainstream media/press, the fitness industry and his peers as being one of the top global sports coaches by the likes of Men’s Health, Huffington Post, The Guardian, Men’s Fitness, Coach magazine and others, he has travelled the world judging calisthenics competitions in multiple countries, presented as a thought leader at international conferences and has worked on a variety of projects and media productions with associations, fitness venues and big brands including Under Armour, adidas and Reebok.
