Renowned for its elite level kicks, fighters from all types of different striking based backgrounds often look to it in order to help develop their skills in this difficult to master range of techniques.
Taekwondo spinning kicks are a much sought after skill to have by those competing in MMA, Kickboxing and even Muay Thai. World level coaches often come from a hugely experienced background competing at Olympic level as it is one of the few combat sports still showcased within the games.
