With decades of experience across mixed martial arts, calisthenics, yoga and biomechanics, Riki’s training systems are grounded in science, practicality and world-class movement principles.
Originally beginning his journey into advanced movement and mixed martial arts in 1992, Riki has built a diverse coaching and performance CV that spans elite competitive fighters, world-class athletes and rehabilitative populations.
He holds a BSc in Biology from the University of London, and went on to qualify as a sports therapist, manual therapist and biomechanics/strength conditioning specialist — combining performance science with practical application.
He is also an accredited mobility specialist, yoga instructor and Guinness World Record holder on the Olympic rings (achieved in 2019) — accolades that reflect both his physical mastery and deep understanding of human movement.
