Kru Popejoy's videos are very informative and digestible. An experienced person can gain more from them if they pay attention to the little things his demonstrators are doing during the drills they are performing, while a practitioner that is new to the sport can receive enough information to begin their journey with proper drilling through the verbal explanation and correction given in the videos.

This video goes over a lot of high level information. I purchased this video a while ago but had to re-watch so I could appreciate and practice the application. If you want to improve your clinching this is a great video to purchase.

I waited a few weeks to make sure I still wanted this video before I purchase it. Kru Nurse talks about how to manipulate your opponent to move where you want them too. I couldn't be happy with my purchase.
