Emphasis on Setup & Entries: The most valuable part for me was the deep focus on how to safely get into elbow range. Dr. Jason provides multiple entry pathways from punches, kicks, and the clinch, making the techniques applicable in live sparring.
· Clinch Integration: The module on using elbows as both a primary weapon and a deterrent within the clinch is worth the price alone. It turns a position of stalemate into one of dominance.

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to the clinch. I'm from a kickboxing and MMA gym. We don't get into the Thai clinch a lot. I've also been put in charge with teaching fundamentals of Muay Thai and Clinch. I've been all over the internet trying to find a simple approach to learning, understanding, and drilling clinch work for myself but also my students. I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars on gambles of videos I wasn't sure about the turn out. I've gained insight from those videos, but I still would have too many "how" and "why?"s to be answered. Damien Trainor is by far my favorite coach to learn from and I was super excited to see he dropped this series. I've binged watch it straight through since I've bought it and had so many "AH HA!" moments finally being able to put the pieces together in a simple, clear, concise manner. In anything, the fundamentals are essential to learning any skill, and Damien Trainor has turned what seemed to be this foreign language of skill work into an easily drill-able and digestible manner. Well worth the money spent and I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.
